1. The present appeal pertains to the year 1996. The report qua notices issued to the appellants as directed vide order dated 12.12.2023 reveals that appellant Nos.1, 2 and 8 are stated to have died. Appellant No.3 was not present at the time of service and his daughter-in-law has refused to accept notice. Appellant No.4 is stated to have refused to accept notice. Appellant No.5 was not found present at the time of service and his wife has refused to accept notice. Appellant No.6 remains unserved as he is stated to have left the given address. Appellant No.7 was not found present at the time of service and his son has refused to accept notice. None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants.
