**** Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents informs that the petitioner herein already stands compulsorily retired vide order dated 13.01.2019.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks short accommodation to get instructions.
At his request, adjourned to 02.12.2023."
2. Today, counsel for the petitioner submits that he has received instructions that petitioner is no more interested in challenging the action of the respondents, and therefore, prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition.
3. Accordingly, present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
