Prayer in the present petition is for setting aside the impugned notice dated 18.04.2022 issued by respondent No.4 i.e. Sub Divisional Engineer, Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam, District Yamuna Nagar whereby the abovesaid respondent had initiated the process of disconnecting the electricity supply to Bar Room, Library, Offices of Bar Association of the main building, Mediation Centres, Litigation Halls, Public Utility Court etc. being provided to the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that the controversial question is covered by a Division Bench Judgment of this Court in the matter of "Punjab and Haryana High Court, Bar Association and another Vs. Union of India and others", 2008(2) RCR (Civil) 542.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents, however, contends that a Special Leave Petition (C) No. 2374 of 2010 re-numbered as Civil Appeal No. 4114 of 2013 has already been preferred against the said Division Bench judgment passed by this Court. There is, however, no order of stay granted on the Division Bench judgment passed by this Court. Consequently, the present petition is covered by the ratio of judgment passed in CWP No. 2042 of 2007 decided on 30.05.2007. The present writ petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the judgment in the matter of "Punjab and Haryana High Court, Bar Association and another case (supra)".
