1. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous as the present petitioner has been acquitted by the learned first appellate court concerned, vide its judgment dated 15.11.2019.
2. The said fact has also been affirmed by the learned State counsel by relying upon a reply dated 03.04.2020, filed by way of an affidavit of Sh.Raj Singh, DSP, Narnaul, District Mahendergarh. The same is taken on record.
3. In view of the above, in the instant petition is ordered to be dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
4. All pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
