1. The present petition is for quashing of the FIR No.0006 dated 19.02.2021 under Sections 406, 419 and 420 of IPC, registered at police Station Cyber Crime, Faridabad, on the basis of compromise dated 14.10.2021 (Annexure P-2).
2. Report of the trial Court dated 19.03.2024 has been received as per which the parties did not appear for getting their statements recorded.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
