The jurisdiction of this Court under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been invoked seeking setting aside of the Judgment dated 16.01.2017 (Annexure P-8) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kurukshetra as well as order dated 02.06.2016 (Annexure P-7) passed by Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Kurukshetra.
2. In the light of the fact that the trial has concluded the present petition has become redundant and is disposed of as such.
