1. Vide order dated 22.11.2023 notices were issued to the parties. As per the office report the sole appellant remains unserved as she is stated to have left given address. The sole respondent is stated to have died. This is the only address which was given in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments and decrees of both the Courts. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

2. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
