At the very outset, learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jaswinder Singh, Police Station Shimlapuri, District Ludhiana intimates that the petitioner has since been convicted in the present FIR vide judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 11.03.2024, passed by the Court of learned Judge, Special Court, Ludhiana.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the aforesaid fact. In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
