Mr. Vikas Chatrath, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and has no objection to the prayer made in the application.
In view of the averments made in the application, the same is allowed and Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd., Patiala is impleaded as respondent No.5.

1. The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 03-04-2024 00:16:18 ::: Neutral Citation No:=2024:PHHC:043105 2024:PHHC:043105 CWP-3536-2018 (O&M) -2- nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned letter/memo dated 07.11.2017 (Annexure P-6), whereby the petitioner was informed that her claim for regularization of services from part time Sweeper/Safai Sewak has already been considered and rejected.
2. Mr. Vikas Chatrath, Advocate, who is on the panel of PSPCL, accepts notice on behalf of newly added respondent No.5.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment passed by Division Bench of this Court in LPA No.95 of 2019 and other connected appeals, titled as 'Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd. and others Vs. Surinder Singh and others', decided on 23.12.2022. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that Special Leave to Appeal (C) Diary No(s).25384/2023 filed against the above-said judgment has also been dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 11.09.2023.
3. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of in the same terms as in LPA No.95 of 2019.
