1. Present Civil Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned summary of charges dated 19.10.2023 (Annexure P-2) alongwith all departmental proceedings as the same have been initiated before the conclusion of the criminal case pending against the petitioner in FIR No. 19 dated 28.09.2023 registered under Sections 7 and 7(A) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (Section 13(1)(b) read with Section 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 added later on) at Police Station Anti-Corruption Bureau, Sector 17, Panchkula.

2. On 13.03.2024, this Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take up all pleas, which are available to him, during the departmental proceedings.

4. In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
