TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA J. (ORAL):

The prayer in the petition, inter alia, is to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's case for grant of one increment which became due on 1.7.2022.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case the respondents are directed to decide the pending legal notice dated 12.1.2023 (Annexure P-1) issued by the petitioner in a specified period.

3. Notice of motion.

4. Mr. Ravinder Singh Budhwar, Addl. AG, Haryana, appearing on advance notice, contends that the issue stands settled by the Supreme Court by judgment passed in Director (Admn. and HR) KPTCL and others v. C.P.
