1. Through this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. challenge has been raised to the order passed under Section 143-A, Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, whereby interim compensation to the tune of 20 per cent of the cheque amount is ordered to be paid to the complainant.

2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent-complainant does not oppose the limited prayer seeking withdrawal of the petition.

4. Dismissed as withdrawn.
