2. Learned counsel appearing for the State, on instructions from ASI Jaspal Singh, has submitted that pursuant to the interim direction granted vide order dated 13.09.2023, the present petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required.
3. In view of the above, the interim order dated 13.09.2023 is made absolute.
