RAJBIR SEHRAWAT, J. (QRAL) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 340 Cr.P.C. to hold an inquiry against the respondent for filing false affidavit and thereby committed offence under Sections 193, 194, 195, 199, 200 and 120-B IPC in the Court proceedings, with certain other prayers made in the present petition.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the matter, as well as, the fact that the Regular Second Appeal, in which the affidavit is alleged to have been filed by the respondent, has already been dismissed by this Court, this Court does not find it appropriate to interfere in the matter.
Dismissed.
