1. The present regular second appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 13.02.1991 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Faridabad whereby the appeal filed against the judgment and decree dated 08.11.1988 is dismissed.
2. On the last date of hearing i.e. 11.09.2023, notice was issued to the appellant.
3. As per office report, notice has been received back with the report that he has since expired.
4. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
5. Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the appellant at the last known address, as also to the concerned SHO of the area to do the needful.
