SUVIR SEHGAL, J.(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents to implement the judgment dated 13.08.1999, Annexure P-2, passed by this Court in CWP-15532-1994.
Petitioners are un-represented.
Similar was the position on the previous occasion. Upon instructions, State counsel submits that the necessary relief has been granted. He has placed on record instructions received by him, relevant extract of which is reproduced as under:-
"The Finance Department, Haryana has already granted the pay scale of Rs.2000-3200 w.e.f. 01.01.1986 (notionally) and actually w.e.f. 08.12.2009, instead of 01.01.1992 to those JEs of PWD three wings who has completed 15 years of Service between 01.01.

the Finance Department has already been generalized by the department.
Further, the Finance Department, Haryana vide instruction dated 20.09.2017 has granted the pay scale of Rs.1640-2900 to the Junior Engineers w.e.f. 01.01.1986 (notional) and actual w.e.f. 08.12.2009. The same instruction has also been generalized by the department.

In view of the above, writ petition is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to file a fresh petition, in case, they are not satisfied with the decision taken by the administrative authorities.
