1. Challenge in the instant petition is to judgment dated 13.04.2010, passed by the learned Addl. Civil Judge (Senior Division), Balachaur (SBS Nagar), vide which, the suit filed by the petitioner for possession under Section 6 of the Specific Relief Act, was dismissed.
2. On 16.01.2023, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had sought time to get instructions. Thereafter, despite the case having been shown in the regular cause list on every day w.e.f. 23.01.2023 to be taken up for hearing at Serial No. 789 at 1500 hours on 30.01.2023, none is present on behalf of the parties.
3. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
