On 20.07.2022 the following order was passed :
"On 12.10.2021 none had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant and the matter was adjourned to 12.01.2022. The case was thereafter taken up on 13.01.2022 and on the request of learned counsel for the appellant the same was adjourned to today. Today, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. However, a written request has been circulated for an adjournment on the ground that the counsel is out of station due to personal difficulty.
In the interest of justice, adjourned to 24.01.2023. It is made clear that in case the matter is not argued on the next date of hearing the same shall be dismissed for non-prosecution."
None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant despite the case being called thrice. It is already 3.15 p.m. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
