(ORAL) Learned senior counsel for the appellants very fairly concedes the fact that the question of law raised in the present appeal is covered against the appellants keeping in view the judgment passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in RSA No.897 of 1990 titled as Food Corporation of India and others vs. M/s Walaiti Ram Amar Nath, Commission Agents, decided on 11.01.2017 and submits that the present Regular Second Appeal may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed in view of the said settled principle of law.
