1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondenst for non-compliance of order dated 22.01.2020 (Annexure P-1) passed by this court in CWP No.10931 of 2018.
