This is a contempt petition filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for disobedience and violation of directions issued by this Court vide judgment dated 18.08.2022 passed in CWP-2567-2013, by the respondents.

Mr. Manpreet Singh Longia, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has produced the copy of computation of the account of the petitioner. The same is taken on record. Copy of the same has been supplied to the counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the above, the present petition is rendered as infructuous and dismissed as such.
However, if any grievance of the petitioner is left un-addressed, he would be at liberty to raise the same in any alternate remedy, but in accordance with law.
