Main Case The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 15.04.2022, Annexure P-11, whereby the petitioner's claim for grant of Leave Encashment has been rejected.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, petitioner will be satisfied in case his claim is decided by the respondents in terms of judgment dated 08.05.2015, Annexure A-2, rendered by this Court in CWP No.16716 of 2010.
