The instant revision petition has been preferred against the order dated 17.12.2022, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, vide which the appeal preferred by the petitioners against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 06.04.2016, passed by learned JMIC, Ludhiana has been dismissed.
Today learned State counsel has placed on record the custody certificate of petitioner No.2, issued by the Superintendent of Central Jail, District Ludhiana. The same is taken on record. A perusal of the custody certificate reveals that the petitioner No.2 has already undergone the complete sentence awarded to him and was released on 16.03.2023, in the present case. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press the instant petition.
Accordingly, the same is dismissed as not pressed. All pending miscellaneous application(s) stand disposed of accordingly.
