1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Sections 10 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeking appropriate action against the respondents for not obeying the order dated 21.01.2019 (Annexure P-1) passed by this court in CWP-26481-2013 despite contempt notice dated 18.10.2021 (Annexure P-4).
2. The counsel for the State has submitted that the impugned order has since been complied with and accordingly the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
