207 IOIN-RSA-6269-2018 IN RSA-6269-2018 MANGAT RAM vV/S CHANDRU RAM @ CHANDU RAM AND ORS Present: Mr. P.K. Ganga, Advocate for the appellant. Counsel for the appellant submits that though, vide order dated 01.10.2019 and again on 10.12.2019, he was granted time to place on record the copy of the compromise, however, he could not get the copy of the said compromise deed. Th.erefore, he is unable to place it on record of the present appeal. Further submits that statement which was given in regard to the compromise effected between the parties is sufficient for disposal of the appeal which has already been ordered to be rendered infructuous. Therefore, counsel for the appellant prays for exemption from filing the copy of the compromise deed in terms of the order dated 01.10.2019
