1. The present petition has been filed under Section 439 (2) Cr.P.C. for cancellation of bail as granted to respondent No.2 by this Court vide order dated 25.10.2018, Annexure P-2 in Complaint Case No.120, dated 22.09.2011, registered under Section 452, 323, 324, 506, 500, 148 and 149 IPC, Gurdaspur.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
