1. Prayer in this writ petition is for quashing order dated 11.12.2019 (Annexure P-4) passed by respondent No.3 under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short 'SARFAESI Act').
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as respondent-Bank inform that this writ petition is rendered infructuous as the matter has been settled and account of the petitioners has been closed.
