1. This is an application for adding Sections 379 and 473 IPC in the head-note and prayer clause of the main petition.
2. Learned counsel for applicant-petitioner No.2 submits that during pendency of the petition, the aforesaid sections have been added to the present case, vide DDR No.20 dated 27.07.2023 and, therefore, the same could not be incorporated in the head-note and prayer clause of the petition.
3. Notice in the application.
4. On the asking of this Court, Mr. Gurdarshan Singh Sidhu, AAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and submits that he has no objection, if the aforesaid prayer is allowed.

Registry is directed to incorporate Sections 379 and 473 IPC in the head-note and prayer clause of the main petition.
6. The interim bail granted to applicant-petitioner No.2, vide order dated 01.06.2023, shall also be treated to have been granted in respect of Sections 379 and 473 IPC as well. CRM-M-28307-2023
7. Through this petition, petitioner No.2 seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.201 dated 13.10.2022, registered at Police Station Lopoke, Amritsar Rural, District Amritsar, under Sections 304, 379, 473 and 34 IPC.
8. Vide order dated 01.06.2023 passed by a Coordinate Bench, petitioner No.2 had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.
9. Learned counsel for petitioner No.2 submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, petitioner No.2 has joined investigation.
10. Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Sishpal Singh, submits that petitioner No.2 has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
11. In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 01.06.2023 granting interim bail to petitioner No.2, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. 08.08.2023 (HARNARESH SINGH GILL) parveen kumar JUDGE Whether reasoned/speaking?
