(QRAL) The present petition has been filed for cancellation of regular bail granted to respondent No.2 by this Court, vide order dated 27.03.2023 passed in CRM-M-14489-2023, in case bearing FIR No.102 dated 16.06.2021, registered at Police Station Koom Kalan, District Ludhiana, under Sections 302, 506, 148, 149 and 201 IPC.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one in the changed circumstances, if any.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
