1. The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure seeking regular bail in FIR No.32 dated 23.01.2023, under Sections 380 and 454 of IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Sector 32-33, Karnal, District Karnal, Haryana.
2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been convicted by the trial Court vide judgment dated 31.07.2023, copy of which has been placed on record and the present petition has become infructous.
3. Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
