The present pe on has been filed under Ar cle 226 of the Cons tu on of India read with Sec on 482 Cr.P.C praying for the issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus direc ng the official respondents to get release the detenue (name withheld) daughter of present pe oner from the illegal deten on of private respondents.
2. State counsel on instruc ons submits that the detenue was traced on 31.07.2023 and a er that, her statement under Sec on 164 Cr.P.C was recorded and pursuant to that, she was sent back to her parents and necessary criminal ac on has already been taken.
