This IOIN is listed before this Bench for issuing appropriate directions with regard to the report furnished by respondents No.2 & 5 to 8, which are kept in the safe custody of learned Registrar (Judicial) at serial Nos.448, dated 17.02.2004. Vide order and judgment dated 01.11.2004, the main case has already been disposed of by this Court. However, no directions were passed as regards the aforestated report.
A bare perusal of interim order dated 17.02.2004 reveals that this Court had already considered the report submitted by respondents No.2 & 5 to 8, and directed the same to seal along with the chart furnished in a sealed cover.
In the circumstances, the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court is directed to retain the above-said report in a sealed cover in the safe custody.
IOIN stands disposed of.
