The present petition has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 270 dated 11.09.2022, registered under Sections 452, 323, 506, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Civil Line Batala, District Batala.
Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Balwinder Singh submits that pursuant to order dated 15.12.2022, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is cooperating therewith.
In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted vide order dated 15.12.2022, is hereby made absolute subject to compliance of conditions enshrined under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. by the petitioner.
