CM-651-C-2020 This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay of 59 days in filing the present appeal.
I have heard learned counsel for the applicants/appellant and also gone through the case file. This Court does not find any sufficient ground to condone the delay of 59 days in filing the present appeal. Accordingly, the present application stands dismissed.
