Harsimran Singh Sethi J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is only seeking the detail of the result of the selected candidates to the post of PGT in Psychology, which were advertised on 28.06.2015, which prayer of the petitioner is inconsonance to the judgment of this Court passed in CWP No. 2201 of 2014 titled as Vikas Sharma Vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 22.05.2014.

Learned State counsel submits that in case, petitioner files any application seeking any relief, the same will be considered in accordance with law and appropriate order on the same will be passed within a period of eight weeks and in case, the petitioner is found entitled for the relief being claimed, the same will also be released.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the above, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty as prayed for.

Ordered accordingly.
