Learned State counsel on instructions from quarter concerned submits that in the instant case FIR, petitioner - Karambir @ Sonu has already been convicted and sentenced for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 148 and 302 IPC read with Section 149 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, vide judgment of conviction dated 08.08.2022 and order of sentence dated 16.08.2022 and as such instant petition seeking regular has become infructuous.
