"Learned counsel for the appellant has referred to the order dated 03.02.2020 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in the present appeal wherein it was stated as follows:
Mr. Sandeep Moudgil, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana prays for and is granted two weeks' time to seek instructions and to inform this Court if the respondent-State was contemplating to assail the observation recorded by the learned Single Judge giving liberty to the appellant to approach the Executing Court for enhancement of compensation.
