Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner intends to get the sale deed executed but the respondents, without any valid reasons, are denying its registration. He also submits that the petitioner has sent a legal notice dated 26.07.2022 (Annexure P-8) in this regard to the respondents and the petition be disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to consider and decide the same. He has referred to the judgments of the Coordinate Benches in CWP Nos.12687 of 2011 and 12849 of 2020, wherein under similar circumstances, a direction had been given to the respondents to consider and decide the representations of the petitioners therein.
Issue notice to the respondents.
At the asking of the Court, Mr. Anant Kataria, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
Mr. R.D. Gupta, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondents No.4 and 5.
Heard.
In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to consider and decide the legal notice dated 26.07.2022 (Annexure P-8) in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
