Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the trial already stands concluded vide judgment dated 13.1.2022 whereby the petitioners who had been charged for offence under Section 307 IPC, have been convicted in respect of lesser offences i.e. under Sections 323, 324 of IPC only.
Learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition at this stage with liberty to avail of other alternate 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 09-03-2022 01:18:22 :::
-2- CRM-M-30667-2021 (O&M) efficatious remedies as may be available to them so as to challenge the judgment vide which the petitioners have been convicted.
In view of the aforesaid request, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
