The petitioner has impugned order dated 15.05.2018 (Annexure P-6) passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bhiwani and order dated 05.12.2018 (Annexure P-7) passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhiwani whereby the application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. and the revision were dismissed.

Learned counsel fore the petitioner contends that all the accused have been acquitted vide judgment dated 11.02.2019 passed by the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bhiwani and the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
