Challenge in the present Criminal Revision is to the judgment dated 04.01.2022 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Sangrur vide which the judgment dated 09.04.2018 passed by the SDJM, Malerkotla has been set aside and the case has been remanded back to the trial Court.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Criminal Revision with liberty to the petitioners to take up all the points as raised in the present Criminal Revision and are available to them, in accordance with law, before the trial Court.

In view of the above, the present Criminal Revision is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
