Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has produced a copy of judgment under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, dated 27.10.2020 passed in Case No.355 of 2020 to show that the matter has been resolved between the parties. The same is taken on record.

In view of the judgment dated 27.10.2020 passed in Case No.355 of 2020, the present petition is disposed of.
