CRM-44-2020 Prayer in the application is for condonation of delay of 78 days in filing the appeal. Heard. In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, same is allowed.
Delay of 78 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Main case In the present appeal, complainant/appellant has sought for setting aside the judgment dated 24.07.2019 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Hissar, whereby accused/respondents No.2 and 3 were acquitted in the FIR No.865, dated 28.08.2017 registered under Sections 307/34 of IPC and Sections 25/54/59 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Sadar, Hisar.

The State has also filed appeal bearing No. CRM-A-472 of 2020 against the same judgment dated 24.07.2019 and the said appeal was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 04.05.2022 by passing detail order.
In view of the aforesaid order dated 04.05.2022, the present appeal being without merit, is hereby dismissed.
