Instant petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking grant of regular bail in FIR No.97 dated 02.08.2021, registered for offences under Sections 363, 366-A and 376 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 3 and 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, at Police Station Bhogpur, District Jalandhar Rural, Annexure P-1.

Upon instructions received from ASI, Hamesh, State counsel submits that the petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has been acquitted vide judgment dated 02.12.2022.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
