The present regular second appeal pertains to the year 2021.
On 06.01.2022 the case was adjourned due to connectivity issues. On 23.03.2022 the case was adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the appellant. On 24.05.2022 the following order was passed :
"On first call, a pass-over was sought on behalf of learned counsel for the appellant. On the second call, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. On 23.03.2022 also the case was adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the appellant. There does not seem to be any urgency in the matter.
List on 05.12.2022."
Today the matter has been called twice. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not YOGESH SHARMA 2022.12.06 09:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.
