Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondents No.2 and 3 to issue the Sports Gradation of C-I on the basis of his achievement in the sports/ event of Korfball, claiming to have obtained 3rd position in Senior State Korfball Championship, held at Rohtak, from 16.03.2018 to 18.03.2018. Reliance is on Clause (v) of Para-4 of the Government Sports Policy dated 30.11.1993 (Annexure P-18).

In view of the judgment/ order dated 09.10.2020 of aDivision Bench of this Court rendered in LPA-1332-2019 titled as State of Haryana and another versus Shankar, this petition stands dismissed.
