Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members.

During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner, when confronted with the complaint (Annexure P-1), submits that though name of any of the person extending threat to the petitioner is not given, however, learned State counsel has raised an objection that on similar facts, a complaint under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. has been filed before the 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 16-02-2021 01:31:31 ::: CRWP-939-2021 -2- Illaqa Magistrate, in which notice has been issued.

Learned State counsel has also placed on record photocopy of a judgment titled as Indian Church Trustee Vs. Shri C. Paul and others passed in Civil Appeal No.91/275 of 1991/1993, decided on 05.02.1997, to submit that the matter in dispute regarding management of Church is subjudice before the Civil Court.

All these aforesaid facts are not brought to notice of this Court in the present petition.

Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a comprehensive petition giving all the details about the litigation pending before the Courts below.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
