ORAL JUDGMENT

1. The writ petition is filed for the following reliefs:
"(i) .... to quash the decision contained in letter no. 603 dated 1.11.2017 of District Magistrate-cum- President District Selection Committee, Jehanabad whereby and whereunder the application for allotment of P.D.S. shop on compassionate ground has been rejected.
(ii) Further for issuance of appropriate writ/order/ direction upon the Respondents to issue license of P.D.S. shop in Patna High Court CWJC No.3091 of 2018 dt.24-06-2025 2/3 the name of petitioner on the ground of compassionate ground whose husband died in Road Accident.
(iii) Further for issuance of any appropriate writ/order/ direction to which the petitioner is found to be entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."
2. At this juncture, the Learned counsel for the respondents contended that Section 32(vi) of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 provides for the provision of revision.
3. The respondents, by way of filing counter affidavit, have brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has already approached the Divisional Commissioner for redressal of her grievance and in the meantime the petitioner has also approached this Hon'ble Court for the same.
4. In this context, a rejoinder to the affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner. It is submitted by the petitioner that the revision is still pending before the Divisional Commissioner.

5. It appears from perusal of the records of the case that the application preferred against the order dated 1.11.2017 passed by District Magistrate, Jehanabad, is pending since 2017.
6. Without going into merits or demerits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Divisional Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya to ensure that application preferred by the petitioner, is brought to its logical conclusion, within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order after granting reasonable opportunity to all the concerned parties.
7. With the above said observation, the Writ petition is disposed of.
8. Interlocutory Application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
