2/3
been transferred, as contained in Memo No. 49 dated
23.01.2024, Memo No. 58 dated 25.01.2024 and Memo No. 158 dated 29.02.2024 on various grounds, which has been challenged by them being C.W.J.C. No. 5147 of 2024, which has been disposed of by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide its order dated 29.10.2024. As per direction given by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner submitted his representation before the respondents which has been rejected by the respondent/competent authority vide Annexure-P/15. Hence, this petition has been filed by the petitioner.
4. Perusal of the impugned order, Annexure-P/15, shows that while rejecting the representation of the petitioner and other persons, it was directed them to submit their three options for consideration of their place of posting.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per direction of the respondent, he filed an application giving his option and accordingly, he has now been transferred to a new place of posting as per option given by him, meaning thereby, as of now, with regard to the place of posting, there is no grievance remains of the petitioner. Therefore, the petition became infructuous on this count.
6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as Patna High Court CWJC No.19818 of 2024 dt.27-02-2025 3/3 infructuous.
7. However, as prayed by the counsel for the petitioner, the respondents are directed to clear all admissible dues of the petitioner within 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
