BAJANTHRI ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 01-02-2023 Today learned counsel for the respondent-M/s Winsome International Limited submitted that 5 th respondent has deposited 50% of the determined amount of gratuity before the appellate authority for the purpose of entertaining appeal before the appellate authority. Further, it is submitted that remaining 50% has been deposited with the jurisdiction controlling authority. In this backdrop, present petition do not survive for consideration, since Patna High Court CWJC No.2194 of 2022 dt.01-02-2023 2/2 5th respondent has already invoked remedy of appeal before the appellate authority.
Accordingly, present petition stands disposed of.
